Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £22500 – £24500/annum PENSION, PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE

A Confident and accurate Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator is required for a busy and reactive employment agency.
You will be supporting the existing consultants , branch manager and MD, with the following duties ; but not limited to;
Telephone based Interviews
Face to Face interviews in our office with Candidates registering for employment
Responding to candidate applications via email and booking them in
Diary Management
CV Preparation and Sourcing,
CV Shortlisting
Using Microsoft Office Applications
Recruitment Database Management
Handling Inbound Calls from Clients and Candidates
General Administration, Auditing of files
Online File Scanning
Visa and Identification Checks
Driving licence checks
Front of House Data Management
This is a very busy position, and good teamwork skills is an essential. You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation skills in previous employment.
Monday to Friday 08.30 till 17.00

Salary package is dependant on the individual
If you have experience in any of the following industries ; or have worked in a position previously that requires attention to detail or have recruited for the following industries, this is a distinct advantage but not an essential.
Construction; Security, LGV Drivers; Office; Catering ; Industrial, Commercial Office
