LOCATION: Westhill, Aberdeen
Purpose of the Role:
The position requires an individual who prides themselves on building long-term and trusted relationships, with both our clients and our candidates. The right individual will thrive in a dynamic business where all employees have input into the company strategy.

The role will involve speaking to candidates daily via email and phone, registering candidate details on our internal database. Your role will include reference checking, writing cover letters to send to clients with providing a brief of vacancies to candidates and keeping them updated on the progress of their applications. You will also be updating our database consistently.
It is essential that you possess a few qualities to be a success in this role.
* You must have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excell and any experience with databases would be a bonus.
* Be confident, personable, and enjoy talking to people over the phone.
* Be ambitious and want to succeed and grow as there are career opportunities with us over the next couple of years.
* Having knowledge of Oil & Gas, in general, would be advantageous but not essential as we have a great team with extensive knowledge who can help teach you the industry and terms.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
