Lisa Wright Recruitment are recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator to work for professional organisation based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Working within a busy office environment, you will be responsible supporting the day to day running of the office from answering the phones to basic administration tasks. Receptionist / Administrator duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting a variety of visitors
* Answering incoming calls
* Dealing with client enquiries
* Handling of all documentation, scanning/filling and shredding
* Inputting data onto the in-house computer system
To be considered for this Receptionist / Administrator role you will need:
* The ability to communicate, well both face to face and over the telephone
* To be professional and well presented
* A personable/friendly nature
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent organisational skills
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
