Salary : £18000 – £22000/annum

We are looking for an experienced front of house receptionist/administrator for fulltime permamant role in Birmingham city centre
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Managing the front of house desk offering a friendly welcoming service to clients
* Handling incoming calls into the business and distributing to requested individuals
* General administration duties as required by the wider team such as printing, scanning and filing
* Book, prepare and organise meeting rooms as requested by various Managers
* Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring they sign into the visitor’s log
Key Skills/Experience Required:
* Friendly, approachable and customer focused manner
* Proven administration and receptionist skills is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
In return you will be working in a brand-new office within an exciting high-profile building located in the centre Birmingham
