We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to work for one of our NHS Clients based in a variety of locations in East Leeds. The role is working full time, initially for 6 months, with the right candidate starting ASAP. This position will involve working in different locations within the East Leeds locality, meaning that having access to transport is a must.
The main duties will reverberate around providing a front of house service for busy NHS services. This will involve:
* Being the first point of contact for patients arriving to the service.
* Liaising with healthcare professionals.
* Answering the telephone, dealing with routine queries and transferring the call if needed.
* Inputting confidential data on the inhouse database.
* Providing general admin support to healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a receptionist previously. However, if you have excellent customer service skills, drive and have access to your own transport, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
