Receptionist Duties

The principal duties of this role include: general reception duties including answering the phone and acting as first point of contact for clients and visitors Receptionist will be
typing letters and document,setting up new client files.

Assisting partners and client managers in tracking client records, accounts and corporation tax and archiving of documents producing reports as required.
Organising meeting rooms and events

Candidates will need to have a natural ability to make good decisions in a timely and confident manner.

We are looking to recruit a positive person, who is able to motivate both themselves and others to excel and achieve. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to succeed in this role.

Our ideal applicant will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office products e.g. Windows, Word and Excel, have excellent organisational skills, a good standard of general education in Maths and English and possess experience of audio typing and switchboard.

Working day Monday and Tuesday Maybe Wednesdays
