Company Overview: Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing refurbishment schemes. They undertake projects from as little as £500k up to as large as £30 million nationally.

Due to the company's structured and rapid progression and growth, they are currently working on a 10 year framework in Camden, worth £30 million p/a.

A need has now arisen for an additional QS. The project is a £2.5 million external works programme consisting of Scaffolding, Roofing, Window replacements and Façade Repairs in West Hampstead, NW6.

The successful individual will be part of a larger team on the framework and will report to a Commercial Manager.
