Quantity Surveyor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £65000/annum Plus Package
Seeking Quantity Surveyors who are experienced with running CAT A & CAT B fit out/refurbishment projects (values ranging from £200k- £5m)
You will be responsible for the following;
* Managing all commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly to the operations & commercial directors.
* Producing monthly valuations and applications, for direct submittal to clients.
* Managing monthly commercial reporting.
* Sub-contract procurement.
* Managing 'variation to contract' accounts.
* Producing & managing direct labour payments.
A Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working for a main contractor on commercial office interior fit out and refurbishment projects ranging up to £6m will be very beneficial.
Qualification requirements: Preferably will have obtained an HNC or above in a relevant course, preferably Quantity Surveying.
