About Our Client
We are working with a leading fresh produce business who is a grower and packer of a range of fresh produce for retail customers.
About the Role
The main job responsibilities will be to check, provide and maintain quality assurance standards of produce and associated paperwork in line with customer requirements. Lead on packhouse rules, hygiene rules and driving consistent standards. Communicating and directing quality standards and needs to line operatives across all teams.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who has done a similar position before in a Fresh Produce or FMCG business. Someone who has a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Manufacturing and HACCP level 1,2, or 3.
