About the Employer:
Based in Bucks, Our client is a multi-disciplined Sub-Contractor specialising in, Façade systems, Dry Lining, Decorating, Tiling and Fire stopping who have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first class construction packages within various sectors of industry including, High End Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Educational and Health
Throughout their 10 year establishment they’ve spearheaded the industry with dynamic approach and have built / maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK’s largest construction firms including Kier, Galliford Try, Multiplex and McLaren. They currently have an annual turnover of £20m and our clients’ prime focus is on packages ranging anything from £1m to £5m, working within London and Surrounding Counties.
About the Opportunity:
Due to successful tendering and our client striving for business growth, there’s a new opening for an experienced QA Manager within their Facades division. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects with packages typically valuing between £500k to £3m. You’ll be working closely alongside the Design Manager to ensure each design is build-able as well as each Project Manager, managing the quality and handovers with each Client. The role will be located across various sites, which are predominately in London and Home Counties, with occasional meeting at their Head Office in Bourne End.
* Working alongside Design Manager at preconstruction stage.
* Managing / uploading records using Fieldview software
* Troubleshooting any design and installation issues
* Reporting to Director
* Overseeing Snags and variations
* Client liaison
* Ensuring installation is carried out to safety guidelines
* Client handovers
* O&M Manuals

The guideline basic salary is £40,000 – £55,000 With Travel however this will be dependent upon the specific skills and experience of each individual.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Project or QA Management working with a Facades specialist. Degree qualified preferred. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
