We're on the lookout for an experienced pub manager with a love of traditional old pubs. The pub has a fantastic reputation for it's "Very Good Home Made Pub Food" (Pies, Steaks, Chops, Fish and Vegetarian Dishes) and is very popular for it's Sunday Roast. There's a great selection of Craft Beers, Real Ales and Spirits to meet the with taste of all customers. As a pub that's literally been around for hundreds of years the building is packed full of history and character.
Here's a great chance to take to the helm of this fantastic old pub restaurant!
As Pub Manager you will be responsible for a small front of house team (Full-Time and Part-Time Staff) and overall running of the pub on a day to day basis. Duties include regular cellar maintenance and cleaning of the beer lines. You will assist and guide your team leading from the front in a hands on fashion, further training staff where required. The kitchen is fully staffed with a Head Chef and small team, they are self sufficient and run like a well oiled machine!
