This is an opportunity for a PSV technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.
My client needs someone who is driven, hard working and has proven experience. You must be able to work independently but also as a team. In return you will work for a company that looks after its staff and have a fulfilling career with ongoing training and progression must be important to the individual.

The PSV Technician involves:
·Repairing company vehicles (PSV) in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current legislation.
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Twelve weekly inspections.
·Preparation for MOT.
·provide road side assistance to broken down vehicles
·Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard
·Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager.
·To be flexible with as you may be required to cover sites

Required for this PSV Technician role:
·You must be a qualified PSV Technician OR HGVTechnician
·Work well independently
·Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics
·Diagnostic experience
·The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
·HGV Class 1 or 2 licence essential for the role
·Must have own tools
