Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23500 – £25500/annum OTE £50k

About the role?
* Working alongside likewise individuals you will be trained to enhance your existing sales knowledge to sell Protection Insurance.
* Working on an “advised” basis and given the opportunity to study (fully funded) towards gaining your R05.
* Giving high quality full advice and recommendation directly to clients, over the telephone on the full range of insurance Products.
* You will contact existing customer regarding their Life Insurance enquiry that have been generated through different avenues of the business. NO COLD CALLING.
* Delivering telephone-based Protection advice direct to consumers
* Maintaining knowledge, skills and personal performance to the required standards through a full training and competence scheme approach
* Ensuring that the agreed advice process is followed, and that fact finds, needs analysis and that all consumer recommendations are well documented and well communicated
Skills Required
* Experience within Financial Services, ideally giving advice.
* Experience within a Telephone based role
* Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
* Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
* A driven individual with committed to person development and progression.
* Strong Organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
Hours
Monday 9am-8:00pm, Tuesday 9-6pm Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm NO weekends
