Henry Martin are partnered with a financially secure, privately-owned Main Contactor, to assist them in their search for a strong Project Quantity Surveyor.
Our client has gone from strength to strength, since being established over 10 years ago, building an enviable name in the market. They specialise across new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects and typically operate between zones 1-3 in London. Sectors worked in include, residential, commercial, education, healthcare, data and retail sectors.
Our client is looking to recruit a strong Project Quantity Surveyor, to lead a £10m fit-out scheme based in Berkshire. This role will also suit a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, and lead their own projects.
The project is a JCT fixed price, phased fit-out of an office and laboratory space, within an occupied premise. There will be replacements of the Façade curtain walling, M&E strip out and new installation which will run until mid-2021.
