Owing to a successful start to the year I am looking to recruit a Project Manager to join my Clients offices based in Leeds. The company is a Global Consultancy offering services across several sectors including Quantity and Building Surveying, Project Management, Architecture and Design.

The Leeds office has won an incredible amount of work in the region across a number of sectors however we are keen to recruit somebody to work initially within the Education, Highrise and Commercial projects.

As a Project Manager you will be expected to deliverer a premium project management service to a range of clients through out the whole lifecycle of the Project, understanding Construction Contracts while building and developing client relationships in the local region.

You will be fully supported in this role and offered opportunities to gain further experience as a Project Manager in various sectors you will also be given the opportunity if required to gain further accreditation through the APM towards chartership.

I am keen to speak to applicants who are ideally degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent and have experience working in a similar role in various sectors. You should have strong technical knowledge and knowledge of JCT and/or NEC forms of contract and be ambitious to drive your career to the next level.
