My client is a recognised Contractor, specialising in public sector developments and private residential schemes in the South East. They have a turnover in excess of £600 million and a full order book, making them ideal place to work.
They are currently seeking a Project Manager due to an internal promotion. The project is a residential scheme in Hackney and consists of 150 new build RC frame units.
The scheme is 6 storeys and is on behalf of a large RSL/HA.
The successful individual will get involved from site set up and take it through the build to handover.
Previous experience with a main contractor is essential as is previous experience, successfully running schemes of a similar size.
