Project Manager

Salary : £550 – £600/day
RPS have been engaged to deliver a Work Package providing project management services for a high profile project to deploy desk booking panels, allowing staff to book hot-desks as part of a return to office initiative.

Our emphasis is on developing quality from the outset, testing at every step to keep both budget and deliverables on track.
What will you be doing?
The Project Manager will work with senior stakeholders to create an agreed rollout plan and, beyond this, oversee the deployment of 1,000 desk booking panels across the site- integrated into the cloud solution. Project scope will also include the configuration and deployment of the mobile booking application and an upgrade to the Wifi Infrastructure to support the booking panels and increased laptop use. The role will be responsible for managing a 3rd party tasked with the rollout and liaising with leadership level stakeholders.
The right candidates will have the following skills and experience;
Experience: We require an experienced Project Manager with excellent knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. You will have knowledge and experience of Wifi infrastructure upgrades and device rollouts – ideally experience with Condeco and Aruba. You will also have significant experience managing third parties.
Skills: You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working up to board level. You will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to take briefing and turn it into a project plan.
This role will be based on Customer site in Central London.
