The Role:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team to help with Paternity cover, initially for a 6-month period.  They are an award-winning creative agency based in Sussex specialising in film, animation, and motion graphics for good, for innovation, with purpose.

They are looking for candidates with strong organisational skills who can project manage a video from kick-off meeting to delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple video projects at any one time, arranging film shoots, and ensuring projects are run on time and on budget. Experience of using project management tools is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

Planning and organising film (video and stills) shoots.
Booking & coordinating/managing crew.
Finding, organising & booking locations, props, wardrobe, and kit.
Arranging castings, helping with cast selection, booking.
Collating and formatting production decks/presentations to be shared with clients.
Creating call sheets and ensuring everyone gets to the shoot on time and with ease.
Scheduling shoots and keeping all budgets on track.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Experience organising film shoots is a distinct advantage.
Numerate and highly computer literate.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to pre-defined budgets.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and communicate clearly and deliver concise instructions.
Green screen and CG production experience would be an advantage.
Experience with G Suite, project management software and Gantt charts etc is preferable but not essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience
