Project Manager – eCommerce

Up to 35K Basic, plus bonuses. OTE 60K. Leeds based

This role is for one of their businesses who are the forward-thinking agency of choice for leading brands, they work with some very high profile clients to create online retail experiences that inform, delight and inspire their customers. Due to growth we are looking for a talented ambitious Project Manager with a good eCommerce background.

Main Responsibilities

* Responsible for the project management of key eCommerce web builds

* Work with clients, Account Managers, Web Designers, Developers and Marketers

* Managing team and client communications

* Handling all scheduling and documentation production, budget control and forecasting.

* Working with multiple partners (internal and external) to scope requirements and create formal documents such as technical specifications and scope of work documentation;

* Using cloud based project management apps

* Keeping abreast of all technology changes within eCommerce

Main Skills and Experience

* 2+ years of project management experience, particularly in web;

* Experience managing timeline, budget and scope for eCommerce projects;

* Previous experience working in an agency environment;

* Great communication – in person, via email and on the phone;

* Brilliantly organised so colleagues and clients receive the right updates at the right time;

* The ability to understand project requirements

* A passion and interest in Commerce and online retail;

* Experience and proficiency using cloud-based project management apps such as Trello and Basecamp;

* Experience with eCommerce platforms (extra brownie points for Shopify but Magento or others are fine too).
