Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £24000 – £25000/annum

My client is looking for a person with an eye for detail and strong organisational skills to join their office team and work along side their sucessful sales department to ensure that projects are completed on time.
You will need to:
Work alongside the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) to
ensure all communications are handled and managed correctly and
efficiently.
• Producing Quotations, Mood Boards, Specification Sheets, Technical
Documents, and information upon request.
• To manage the in-house CRM system keeping it up to date with
project registrations, addresses and project information.
• Deliver the required information to clients
• Liaise with the BDM’s constantly to ensure all tasks are completed in
line with client’s expectations.
• To carry out any other reasonable management request
• General administrative duties.
• To be main point of contact when BDM is on site.
This role is remote with some visiting the office required when necessary, our client has offices nationwide so the role will suit candidates from all areas.
