B3 Shopfitting Ltd are a joinery led shopfitter and manufacturer based in Stone, Staffordshire.
We have a vacancy for an Project Co-ordinator to join the office team in Stone.
The Project Co-ordinator role provides support to the Project Managers’ on a daily basis and involves a lot of telephone liaison so a confident approach is essential. Use of Autocad to interpret drawings would be a clear advantage. Other duties include:
* Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing and taking messages.
* Telephone liaison with site shopfitters, suppliers and customers.
* Ordering of site materials and equipment, organising contractors to site when required; organising skips and hire equipment; quotations for specialist sub-contractor services
* Preparation of health & safety documentation using Microsoft
* Generate site schedules using Microsoft Project Software
* Processing orders onto Sage accounts software
* Organise delivery of parcels when required
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
As Project Co-ordinator you will need strong telephone and administration skills and be confident with use of Microsoft and use of SAGE would be advantageous. The ability to use Auto-Cad software would be an advantage.
The Project Co-ordinator role is office based from 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours week). Salary can be negotiated and dependent on experience and skill set.
