The Senior Programmatic Manager is a pivotal role within the Commercial Operations department at Autovia. Responsible for the implementation, management, reporting and overall delivery of all automated/programmatic display revenues.The role is at the centre of future advertising revenue growth within the business.

Reporting into the Commercial Operations Director this opportunity will enable you to progress by driving the overall strategy for Programmatic as well as bringing the enthusiasm to explore and implement new technology partners and platforms.

Core Duties

* Management of the Autovia programmatic technology stack and key partners, including set up, optimisation and reporting.

* Identify, prioritize and implement new technology vendor opportunities in order to increase programmatic yields and revenues.

* Work closely with dev and product teams to ensure tech integrations are consistent across all brands and platforms.

* Conduct quarterly reviews of existing vendors to identify and remove any non-performing partnerships or other issues.

* Identify, plan for and implement solutions or mitigating technologies for regulatory, vendor and browser specific changes which impact display advertising delivery and monetisation.

* Be Autovia's subject matter expert in the programmatic space.

Yield Management

* Analyse and maximise programmatic revenue across Autovia’s’ multiple properties, geos and formats (video, mobile, display & native)

* Work to optimise setup and interactions between different partners to maximise revenue.

* Setup testing and amendments of floor prices / block lists to improve yields.

* Help identify new opportunities for programmatic growth.

* Advise on new products, partners and industry trends

Reporting and Data visualisation

* Work on the monthly billing and reconciliation process.

* Work with data visualisation tools to automate common reports and simplify reporting processes

* Produce monthly sell through/Fill and available inventory reporting across the network

* Put together quarterly and yearly reports for finance, sales, senior management team and clients

* PMP & Partner Management

* Work with Ops and Campaign Management teams to manage PMP and PG campaigns, optimise and report back to sales / clients.

* Create and implement new processes to maximise efficiency across programmatic campaigns

* Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns

* Liaise with clients regarding available inventory and bid requests

* Work with sales to set pricing structure and rate cards where applicable
