Production Welder

A fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and market leading organisation on a permanent basis within the scope of production.
This is a vital role within the group and will be operating on the late shift within our Alton depots.
**This vacancy requires previous experience within MIG welding, the reading of engineering drawings and use of a forklift**
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday, 13.45 – 22.15 based in Alton, Hampshire
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Primarily working with mild Steel parts that will be required to Weld.
2. As a Welder you will be required to weld a variety of sheet, hollow section and pipe products primarily for process engineering and utility clients.
3. Expected to have worked with a variation of thickness of metals.
4. Working from Engineering drawings
5. Required to work within a fast paced environment working to a high standard.
6. To work in a safe environment and ensure H&S legislations are adhered to
7. Required to drive a forklift truck and operate an overhead crane
8. Housekeeping within the immediate working area
