About The Job
As Production Team Leader, you will responsible for the coaching, mentoring, and development of a small team, within the production facility. You will oversee the production line, to ensure that products are processed efficiently and of high quality. Looking after the team, you will ensure that KPI's and budgetary controls are in place along with Health and Safety compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful as a Production Line Leader within this business, you will have experience of managing a team of 15/25 individuals, within a fast-paced environment. You will be used to working to tight schedules, within a KPI/target-driven business. With a driven and motivated attitude, with a passion for hard work and developing a team, you will join a team that is looking to develop and grow.
