Production Planner

Salary: £30000 – £35000
Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper and sustainable capability for high capacity running of the existing machinery/equipment with minimum down time causing delays in meeting the commercial divisions’ product delivery deadlines.
* Plan and implement timely and proper daily/Weekly production plans.
* MTO planning
* Initiate, fully participate in, and contribute to the development and implementation of procedures/systems such as forecasting, production plans, maintenance windows and full-service levels to costumers.
* Develop and execute suitable Production Planning procedures which as a minimum should follow the following guideline:
* Transparent, easy to understand production plan for each production line i.e., Titanic, and other lines, for a minimum of 24 hours period/line.
* The plan should include product identification, quantity (pieces) to be produced approximate machine time required to finish, and the product.
* Utilization of the full capacity of the equipment irrespective of the quantity needed. i.e. if the machine is capable of producing 1000 pieces/hour, a 3000-unit order should be finished in 3 hours whether or not there is another order in the que.
Requirements:
* Production Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
* Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
