The role – Sales, Marketing & Operations Team Leader
This is a new and exciting position incorporating sales, marketing and operations within a fast-growing business. It will be varied and fast-paced and will include driving the sales process, design and support marketing activity and increasing new business.

Our client is looking to recruit a “megastar” Sales Operations & Marketing Leader.
The Job (Sales, Marketing & Operations Team Leader)
The main purpose of this sales, marketing and operations position is to eliminate friction and maximise the velocity of the sales process.
* Drive speed and completeness of response from enquiry to delivery.
* Propose, design and support marketing activity targeted at client retention as well as increasing leads / securing new business.
* Co-ordinate pricing to ensure value capture.
* Coordination of competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities for Sales, Marketing & Operations Team Leader
* Manage lead / deal pipeline and funnel management.
* Minimisation of time from; enquiry to response, enquiry to quote, quote to delivery etc.
* CRM oversight (Zendesk Sell) – so that all clients, leads and opportunities are tracked and reported in real-time.
* Sales forecasting consolidation.
* Pricing coordination and sign-off / referral.
* Sales reporting and analysis.
* Research to scope target markets and execution of target identification.
* Propose, design and support marketing activity targeted at client retention as well as increasing leads / securing new business.
* Establish and sustain excellent client relationships.
* Continuous improvement (kaizen) and intelligent relentless pursuit of perfection (kodawari) approach.
* Exceptional ability to interact with and positively impact clients, employees and external agencies.
* Report writing with clarity and brevity, supported by analysis.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully and assertively working with customers, and the organisation itself; creating awareness, a sense of urgency and ownership.
* A change agent, driving higher performance, challenging the status quo, and proactively addressing gaps.
* Demonstrated project management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on own initiative.
* Language skills a major asset.
* Project / programme management skills an asset.
