Production Operatives needed

SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit Production Operatives (field operative- pickers/ packers), for our client based in Goole. Our client is family-owned farming business specializing in the growing of root vegetables for leading supermarkets.

Responsibilities and Duties of Production Operatives

Packing and loading harvested products.
Understanding and adhere to all food safety practices
Caring for plants as instructed and assigned, including pruning, pest scouting, weeding, tying, thinning, and tucking plants.
Safely and responsibly using any hand tools provided
Performing other duties as assigned

Working Hours for the Warehouse Operatives role

Hours can vary depending on a day, usually 6-12 hours a day 5 to 7 days a week

Production Operatives (field operatives- pickers/ packers) need to be prepared to work in adverse weather. This is physical work and involves walking distances and heavy lifting. Own or shared transport is necessary to get to client site as there is no public transport available. This is seasonal job and season ends in February.

£9.22/ hour
