Production Operative – Horticulture

THE COMPANY
Our client is an internationally recognised and award-winning horticultural brand. Are you motivated, enthusiastic and looking for a challenge in a busy production environment? Our client, an established business based in Albrighton require four Production Operatives on a permanent basis to join their expanding friendly team.
THE ROLE
The Production Operative duties will include; field work, planting, weeding, indoor and outdoor manual labour, fast paced production line work, picking, packing and despatch work. The role is very varied in nature and offers a great opportunity and future for the right person. Full training will be given.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Production Operative will have experience of working in a manual fast paced environment, be friendly and outgoing who enjoys working in a team environment, have a good degree of manual strength and physical fitness to meet the demands of the job, a willingness to learn on the go, enjoys a challenge, be motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator.
