Production Operative

Corr Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established recycling management company based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Due to demand they are looking for six operatives to join the team due to adding in another shift.
The company are a one of a kind business offering clients carbon neutral products.
The role does include shift work with you working a rotation of shifts on a weekly basis – week (phone number removed), week (phone number removed), week (phone number removed)
Rates of pay £11.64 – £14.14 (you get paid more for later and night shifts) – You also get paid a bonus of £500 after 3 months and an additional £500 after 6 months.
No experience is required as full training is provided.
You will need to have access to your own transport and not rely on public transport due to times and location.
The Job:
Assisting with the manufacturing process
Carrying out minor maintenance of the machines
Flagging issues
Maintain a high level of awareness for Health and Safety
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy, including cleaning of mixers and confined spaces
Monitoring incoming raw material deliveries
Working with various aggregates, sand/dust, cement, and air pollution control residue

The Package:
Salary £25,200 per annum £27,700 OTE (based on 37.5 hours a week)
Rotational shifts
Week one: 6:00am-14:00pm
Week two: 14:00pm-22:00pm
Week three: 22:00pm-6:00am
Monday- Friday and Sunday-Thursday week depending
8-hour shifts
37.5 hours per week
