Production Manager

This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing digital production firm who specialise in virtual events and live streaming for global brands and artists inc. Xbox, McLaren, EA Games, Gorillaz, WWE and IGN.
The business is continuing to evolve and we’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to join them. This is a highly autonomous role with responsibility for production planning, finances, shoot logistics and post-production due diligence.
You’ll work with top brands and industry leaders on multiple projects, in a fast-paced and rapid environment.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end production management, from planning and booking to live production, broadcast, streaming and digital.
* Manage project schedules for shoots, all post-production and delivery.
* Budget management and allocating costs per project, as appropriate.
* Allocating resource as required – from booking crew, negotiating rates, arranging technical facilities, equipment, venues etc.
* Health and safety – ensuring all production risk assessments are carried out inc. insurance.
* Legal – talent contract management and ensuring these are documented appropriately.
* Postproduction – planning the edit schedule, book facilities, book editors, manage staff time across this, agree quotes, oversee client approvals and all deliveries. Manage archiving of all rushes and final masters. Arrange any drives and storage if required.
* Postproduction paperwork – music cue sheets and paperwork delivery (sending copies of all releases and contracts to the client)
What experience you’ll need:
* 2-5 years of experience within media production – preferably within an agency environment.
* Experience in digital content and live streaming is hugely beneficial.
* Excellent client management and communication skills.
* Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver end-to-end financial accountability.
* Team player, natural collaborator and ability to manage teams of resource.
* Genuine passion for the entertainment/media industry and particularly in gaming, music and sports.
