Production Manager

Salary :
Our client is looking for Production Manager to work in the York area – Salary between £45,000 and £48,000
You will be responsible for the daily operation and performance of the site. It covers all aspects of people motivation, safety, quality, environment, cost and delivery of the daily production plan.
You will ensure customer demand is consistently achieved through the safe and efficient use of available resource
lead by example in inspire a culture of 'a great place to work which is visible through high levels on engagement, performance and collaborative working
Proactively monitor production of KPIs to improve performance through continuous improvement
Take ownership of all production costs to attain budget/forecast performance
Coaching and development of the team
Provide cover for the production teams during periods of unplanned absence
