We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Co-ordinator to join a busy film team to work both on location and in the Nottinghamshire based studio. You will work jointly with a fantastic team of animators, editors and camera operators on projects for some of the nation's leading brands.
The production co-ordinator will act as a pivotal point in the creating process and should have experience in supporting, scheduling and planning productions as well as working in a face paced and active environment.
We are looking for an experienced production co-ordinator with the following skillset:
Working alongside producers in recruiting crews
Scheduling shoots ensuring availability from all crew members as well as locations
Responsible for arranging all transport and housing for the team including cast
Competent in working budgets and cost analysis for each project including personal, equipment and location expenses
Regular contact with suppliers and clients
Interpretation of financial data, licenses and permissions
Experienced in overseeing scheduling and maintenance of the team's workspaces including the studios, edit suites and kit room
Ability to work alongside producers, clients and film crews
Logical while under pressure and methodical work style desired
