A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a successful and professional Agricultural Machinery Dealership in Chudleigh for a Product Support Delivery Service Leader.

The role

Role Summary

This is an important role to develop the Product Support Delivery Service strategy, to ensure the activity of the team are fully maximised across the South West. A large part of the role will be to continually improve the services we offer our customers, new and existing.

As the leader, within our Product Support Delivery Service Team, the role will be responsible for working closely with our Parts & Services teams across all three of our depots. The role, along with 2 direct reports, will implement an effective Product Support delivery service to all our customers – agriculture, contractors, commercial and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

* To lead the daily running of our Product Support Delivery Service with its fleet of 3 vans, selling and servicing the South West.

* Responsible for leading a team of 2 direct reports.

* Run the Product Support Delivery Service from our Chudleigh depot.

* Building relationships face-to-face with key customers.

* Set out a plan to Pro-actively grow the Product Support Delivery Service.

* Fully integrate and support the Parts teams at all depots.

* Take ownership of specific responsibilities and projects as required by the Group Product Support Manager.


Person Specification

* Good knowledge of agricultural and turf machinery.

* Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing premium Product Support.

* Understand the customers’ needs and wants to develop strong recommendations.

* Ability to drive the team forward, being a team player as well as being able to take responsibility and make decisions.

* Act with a sense of urgency accurately.

* Understand the need for concise and effective communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.

* High levels of planning and prioritisation skills to accommodate changes with objectives.

* Committed to their own personal development.

* Basic IT skills including use of Microsoft Office. Training on industry specific programmes will be given.

* Full UK driving licence is essential.
