The Role:
To support business and customer value growth through the development and launch of new and enhanced retail and credit finance propositions and / or significant CX improvements based on customer, partner and market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed documentation of requirements to ensure the proposition meets the needs of the customer and our business – based on research, stakeholder requirements, customer experience design best practice, business case etc.
User Experience testing – ensure that the proposition delivers on our UX and customer experience requirements
Working closely with IT and other business stakeholders to deliver a solution that works for all departments
Development of more detailed customer journeys and use cases that help in the definition of detailed product requirements
Ensure that all product developments comply with Legal, Regulatory and Conduct requirements
Skills & Attributes:
Detailed Requirements Gathering – working closely with Proposition Design team and other stakeholder teams to define our requirements in detail – using a range of best practice techniques
Use case development
Customer journey mapping
Wire-framing
Work planning – ensuring there are clear plans in place to ensure delivery to time and budget
Delivery focus – keep focus on the milestones and key deliverables to ensure deliver to time and
Detailed UX and functionality testing – to ensure the solution meets our customer and business requirements before going live
Broad understanding of digital CX development and UX best practice
Stakeholder management
Commercial awareness
Customer centric approach
