A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Product Designer to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months.

Hybrid working isn't going anywhere so as a member of this product team, that create an online collaborative software tool's content ecosystems, you'll be creating zero-to-one experiences with a focus on enabling connections at work in real-time – no matter where people are working from.

Duties:

Oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designers
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers
Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
Craft designs using existing visual systems and/or standards
Solicit and provide feedback from partners to continually improve the quality of our products through multiple iterations exploring a range of design optionsSkills and experience:

6-8 years of experience
An effective communicator and collaborator – Your work will touch multiple teams and areas of our product. You'll be a strong and open communicator, and help to drive alignment across different stakeholders.
A strong interaction and visual designer – You value craft and simplicity, drive to keep a high quality bar and can both work well inside a design system but also know how to contribute to it.
Enjoys thinking about the macro and micro – you can jump easily between intricate interactions and broader ecosystem problems.
An experienced prototyper – you drive team alignment through interactive design concepts and follow platform-specific design patterns.If you feel you fit the above criteria, please apply today.
