My clients busy in-house Production Teams make thumb-stopping videos for their own social channels and those of their clients. The type of videos they produce includes user-generated style content, mini-documentaries, sketches, product reviews, and more.
As a Producer, you will:
Have excellent knowledge of video production including creating video content for social channels.
Have the ability to assume the daily responsibilities for several video projects at once from pre-production, production, and post-production including the delegation of tasks, oversight of team members, accurate budget reporting, and feedback.
Contribute to creative meetings, helping to suggest and develop ideas in a group setting.
Demonstrate excellent management skills. Each Producer will have an Assistant Producer, two Videographers an Editor, and two Production Assistants within their team.
Have the ability to report any problems or issues quietly and confidentially.
Show leadership in working within the wider team to improve practices and complete video projects quickly and efficiently.
Complete monthly appraisals with your team.
Share knowledge through ongoing training and support to both their team and the wider business when applicable.This role is for someone well established within video production. They have a keen eye for creating high-quality videos and are able to communicate their ideas clearly and confidently to their team. My client pride themselves on creating videos with the highest production values. A successful candidate will not only continue to stick to these standards but will constantly be working to make improvements and take our content to the next level.
Management training will be available to ensure the successful candidate is comfortable with managing their team.
The Successful Candidate
Must have a full clean driving license and own car.
Excellent leadership skills.
Have a passion for all things video related.
Minimum 5 years experience in video production.
Excellent understanding of creating video content for the various social media platforms.
Skills in scriptwriting.
Consistent high standard of project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident in meeting and communicating with new people.
A creative thinker who is comfortable proposing new ideas.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to effectively manage multiple projects at once.
A positive approach to all tasks and projects.
Holidays: 20 days per year, plus 1 additional day for your birthday and 1 additional day for your work anniversary
