Principal Mechanical Engineer

Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
In line with a strategic growth plan and increased project work we are looking to recruit a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer from a Building Services background who has vast exposure within the consultancy field to work for a leading multi-disciplinary consultant who are a market leaders. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will be offered the chance to work on an array of large scale projects. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for leading project design teams, undertaking client liaison, project management and assisting with bids and business development. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will be degree qualified, a member of a recognised professional body (CIBSE or equivalent) and will ideally be Chartered or in the process of becoming chartered. The Principal Mechanical Engineer will need management level experience within a consultancy or contractor environment and will be extremely confident in project and team leadership
