As an Aerospace Press-brake operator, you will be involved with the manufacture of our core products for a variety of our key civil and military clients. You’ll perform a full range of sheet metal operations in line with our Standard Operating Procedures, whilst working to the approved quality standards.
You will be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, follow in house routing / processes ensuring that the correct calibrated equipment is used.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in Aerospace sheet metal production, specifically using a CNC press-brake
* Time served Aerospace sheet metal worker with a solid engineering background
* Completed a city and guilds qualification or equivalent
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions
* Ability to work to tight tolerances
The hours for this role are compressed over four days working 7:00am-4:30pm Monday – Thursday.
