Role Description
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect is a customer facing role playing a key part in driving sales growth and being responsible for the technical aspects of the sales pipeline. 
This role requires excellence in cross group collaboration as the successful candidate will work across the sales, service, engineering, and technical support organisations to ensure proposed deals have technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
The role is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota that aligns to the organisation’s growth aspirations.
This role will be based in EMEA

Ownership of the creation of sales proposals through close collaboration with the sales and commercial teams.
Build trusted advisor relationships with new and existing customers
Be an effective customer facing storyteller and be able to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers
Be an effective user/customer experience advocate
Produce and maintain detailed customer facing High Level Designs
Understand the competitive landscape and be able to position our propositions compared to our competitors

Supporting the sales function to maximise all opportunities through understanding and capture of customers technology requirements aligned to business outcome
