Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum

A fantastic opportunity to join a long established practice accountancy firm. The role can offer an immediate start alongside a fantastic benefits package.

Role duties will include:

* Preparation of annual accounts

* Preparation of management accounts

* Preparation of corporation and income tax

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Calculation and filing of VAT returns

Requirements:

* Must be AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified

* Minimum 1/2 year's experience within an accountancy practice firm

* Technically capable of producing statutory financial statements and management information to a high standard

* Experience of calculating and submitting client VAT returns

* Experience of calculating and submitting corporation tax and PAYE returns

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to facilitate extensive client relationship development

* Ambitious and persistent, self-motivated and able to work to target
