We’re working on a fantastic opportunity with a global digital B2B marketing agency looking for a new PR Account Manager to join their client services team. Working across multiple, well known accounts delivering multi-channel PR Campaigns.

For this role, they are looking for either an experienced Account Manager of a Senior Account Executive looking to take a step up! They are looking for someone to work across multiple accounts and be responsible for the running of those accounts. You will be the main port of call for the client and will play a key role in strategy, planning and any decisions. The successful candidate needs to be a team player who prides themselves on their creativity and has a background in managing PR Campaigns including both digital and social activities.

Responsibilities will include:

* Take a lead with media relations and be the example for the team by securing exceptional opportunities for clients.

* Deliver a variety of multi-channel PR campaigns across the UK as well as internationally.

* Plan, monitor and evaluate the campaign activities relating to the client’s marketing objectives, goals and expectations.

* Execute PR and Social Media campaigns against KPIs for each client, campaign or retainer programme.

* Draft and deliver fantastic content to engage a B2B audience – this can include anything from blogs to tweets, articles, case studies and more!

* Work with the executives in the team to delegate out tasks as well as supporting the team to ensure successful delivery.

* Lead update meetings with the clients.

* Identify any opportunities to increase monthly retainers and secure additional projects.

* Run, analyse and present back reports on campaigns.

* Act as the point of contact for the clients in the portfolio you’re managing, keeping them in the loop and provide well informed advice and updates to them.

Requirements include:

* 2+ years’ experience working agency side, ideally working on B2B projects.

* Proven experience in leading and delivering multi-channel campaigns.

* Strong copywriting and content creation experience.

* Have a keen interest in trending topics as well as what’s in the news and the media etc.

* Experience creating communication plans (in outline)

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and fantastic interpersonal and relationship building skills.

* Must be extremely organised and have thorough planning and project management skills with the ability to work to and stick to tight deadlines.
