Our client currently have a role open for a PPC and Search Manager to work in our agency across multiple clients, managing two junior team members. The job description is below:

They have an exciting new role for an experienced and ambitious PPC/Paid Media and Search Manager. As a growing international B2B Marketing and PR agency they are expanding their digital offering and are looking for the right person to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of digital accounts, liaising with clients, successfully executing paid and search digital campaigns, analysis and reporting. You will work closely with client Account Managers and the Managing Director to help grow our clients' business, execute successful campaigns and develop new business for the agency.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and forward thinking digital marketing professional to really make their mark in the agency.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a PPC and Search expert who will manage client accounts, execute campaigns and work closely with client Account Managers and the Creative team to deliver outstanding results for their clients.

Work with team members to set KPIs for digital services and ensure the team is meeting these goals

Plan, implement, manage and optimise PPC and search campaigns with the support of team members

Monitor and optimise campaign performance, website analytics, market conditions and the competitive environment

Manage and control resourcing and profitability of accounts and ensuring that our clients are happy

Strategize and manage SEO activities for clients

Including the following channels: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Programmatic, LinkedIn and others

Your skills

Previous track record with PPC, paid media and search management (both hands-on management, implementation and strategy) and managing/coordinating junior members of the team

A passion for digital marketing, SEO and PPC media and finding new innovative digital solutions for our clients

Excellent skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other paid channels and digital platforms in terms of implementation, review and performance analysis with insights for ensuring growth in performance

Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

Attention to detail and a commercial attitude
