About the role:
As a Director of Paid Search, your purpose is to develop and lead best in class strategies and management of paid search accounts to achieve set KPI's, support the wider business to develop and expand the paid search offering and liaise with other channels to ensure an integrated response to marketing objectives. You will also be contributing to new business pitches and the development of our Paid Search team and product.
Key Accountabilities (PPC Director):
Develop overall team strategy and approach to paid search management
Manage and maintain client relationships and be the main point of escalation for client issues
Accountable for achievement of KPIs' and achievement of deadlines
Liaise with other channels and OpCo's
Manage and develop direct reports and be accountable for complete team development
Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly budgetsKey Experience:
A sound grounding in digital media, with a good general understanding of how each channel impacts one another
Accomplished delegation – teaching, stretching, coaching and managing output quality through others
5+ years' experience in channel working at tier 1 Google agencies / clients on PPC projects
Client account/people/stakeholder management
Expert knowledge of relevant tools and how to use them such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Campaign Manager, Adobe, Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, Adthena, Criteo, and AmazonCompany Benefits:
