Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £36000 – £47000/annum Holiday, sick pay and pension
A Plumbing & Heating Engineer is required to work in and around London.
This is a full time permanent position.
Essential requirements for this role are:
Relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications in Plumbing and Heating.
Minimum 3 years experience
Gas Safe registered
Excellent knowledge of heating and hot water systems with a proven track record of experience
Able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge in plumbing installations, maintenance and repair.
Clean driving licence
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work along side a small team of well trained and experienced plumbers in a friendly environment.
A van, uniform and phone are provided.
Overtime is available
* Holidays, sick pay and pension provided
The position will involve:
* Boiler and Heating installs
* General Plumbing inc 1st and 2nd fix
* Emergency call outs for gas & water leaks
* Landlords Gas Safety Checks
* Boiler Breakdowns & Repairs
* Boiler Servicing

Some out of hours work is required on a rota basis
Be able to take instruction
Be able to work independently
