Your key responsibilities as the Payroll Team Leader will consist of:

– Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the payroll team. Responsible for recruitment, training, development and performance of the Payroll team.
– Responsible for enabling the Payroll team (6) to keep up to date with innovation and changes to relevant legislation. Implementing changes and monitoring their success. Working in collaboration with the Payroll Manager as appropriate.
– Responsible for ensuring the Payroll team deal with colleague queries as promptly and efficiently as possible, measuring against relevant Payroll KPIs.
– Responsible for accurate processing and management of the payroll for all Elior UK colleagues as well as payroll for all 3rd party payrolls.
– Responsible for ensuring all pensions and benefits are accurately recorded, paid (to third parties and colleagues) and reconciled.
– Responsible for end-of-year/month reports and integration are accurate and on time.
– HMRC month-end balancing and payment
Profile: The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Payroll Team Leader include:

– Excellent up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to payroll.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Competent in managing a team or demonstrate the skills
– Good working knowledge of IT applications
– Skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
