Job Type : Part Time, Part Time

Salary : £23000 – £26000/annum pro-rata

 

Our client Skyform is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Payroll:
* Collect weekly/monthly timesheets & enter to spreadsheet
* Entering weekly/monthly payroll on to sage
* Paying Subcontractors including CIS Deductions
* HMRC Returns
* Completing HMRC Reports / FPS etc.
* Dealing with any employee queries
* Entering holiday requests & absence notifications on to sage & circulation to directors & other relevant members of staff.
* Dealing with personnel issues etc. with strict confidentiality.
* Drafting new employee contracts.
* Keeping all staff details up to date / any changes to be made.
* Paying Wages & Salaries by BACS
* Pension Payments/Deductions
Job Type: part-time, 3 (8 hour) days per week (24 hours per week in total)
Salary: £23,000.00 – £26,000.00 pro-rata
