Role Pastry Commis Chef
Salary £9 Per Hour Plus a 10%-12.5% bi Yearly bonus plus any additional hours over contract are paid and additional days are paid at time and a half.

Pastry CommisChef to work in this busy fresh food restaurant supporting the Head and Pastry Team, delivering afternoon teas, petit fours, and quality desserts for the main restaurant and functions, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to learn about patissier work and becoming a pivotal part in a brigade of 9.
Ideally located within the beautiful market town of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk we are seeking a Chef De Partie that has a passion for fresh food ideally fine dining and a chef that is looking for a long term career.
The Role:
Working 5 days a week straight shifts, 2 days will consist of an 8-4 and a 2-finish
40 – 48 Hours per week
As Pastry Commis Chef you will have experience of running your own section, working alongside an incredibly passionate and talented Head Chef who inspires his team as well as develops their talents.
You will be used to working with fresh ingredients and be able to present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Offering seasonal dishes, we need a Chef that is really interested in food and is looking to work their way up in a professional brigade.
Experience with working in a fine dining / rosette environment desirable
