Hours: Full Time Permanent Position (42.5 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota)

About Us: Cornthwaite Farm Machinery. We are a Case tractor main dealership with other various franchises Mchale, Husqvarna,Weidemann and many more. Exports new and used tractors and various parts to the UK, Ireland, Europe and Uruguay, demonstrating what a reputable business Cornthwaite’s has become. Having won the Pottinger Dealer of The Year 2017, Cornthwaite Farm Machinery is a well-established business that continues to serve its purpose, providing an essential service to the farming community.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and reliable team player to join our busy parts department.
What does the job role involve?
• Proactively dealing with customer requirements both over the telephone and face to face.
• Checking deliveries from suppliers are as expected and in good condition.
• Work alongside the service department to ensure technician’s parts needs are met.
• Occasional parts deliveries and collections.
• Stock control and ordering of parts from various manufacturers.
• Ensuring the parts department and showroom are kept clean and tidy and parts properly located.
A successful candidate:
• Will have knowledge of the agricultural industry, specifically farming machinery.
• Strong communication and customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone are a necessity.
• Computer literate with a willingness to learn our bespoke business management system.
• Full UK driving licence.
