Parts Counter
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
Booking in parts each morning
Serving customer over the counter in a professional manner
Answering telephone calls and being the first point of contact with the customer
Assisting Technicians with finding parts required
Ordering daily parts for our key suppliers in line with daily cut off schedules
Dealing with supplier Representatives and ordering items as required
Stock orders
Unloading and loading parts when forklift is needed
Organising and putting pallets of oils away in appropriate places
Putting parts away in bins in branded racks
Delivery of parts
Attending shows when required
General tidying where and when needed in and around the depot and showroom
Showcasing parts around showroom to maximise visual merchandise in certain months
Creating marketing offer sheets to display in the showroom
Communicating with Service Manager to arrange when services are required
Making sure parts are out for IDT’s whenever possible
