Part-Time Administrator – Nuneaton (home and office based)

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a part-time role that offers late starts, early finishes and home working? We have an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our clients’ team, supporting one of their biggest logistics contracts.
You will be responsible for producing weekly payroll data and operational reports, producing weekly shift plans and booking any required cover, managing any complaints & taking incoming phone calls. The role is generally PC & system based, so the successful candidate will need to be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail & accuracy. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Hours of work:
* 28 hours per week contract:
* Monday (8 hours, 6am – 7am start)
* Tuesday – Friday (11am – 4pm)
* Sunday (additional hour or two to prepare for Monday’s reporting)
Pay rates:
* £9 per hour
* £13.50 per hour on Sunday
This role is offered on a hybrid home/office working model.

About the company
This is a temp to perm arrangement, so your first 12 weeks will be paid as a temp through Driver Hire, upon successful completion, you will join the company on a permanent contract.
You’ll become part of a small, friendly team that really do support each other – and the wider operation throughout the UK – having daily communication with drivers and working closely with the field based Area Operations Manager.
